Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT) is an evidence-based treatment that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapy to support individuals recovering from opioid use disorder (OUD) and other substance use disorders. Rather than being a standalone solution, MAT is part of a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction. Our providers may prescribe medications such as Suboxone, Zubsolv, Sublocade, and Vivitrol.
